Sous Vide (pronounced "sue-veed") is a simple cooking method that slowly prepares food in a sealed bag using heated water, helping you achieve tender, flavorful, restaurant-quality results every time. The machine cooks your food to the exact set temperature by warming and circulating water inside the vessel or The Briner Jr.
Popular with home cooks, chefs, restaurants, and BBQ enthusiasts alike, sous vide cooking is ideal for preparing meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and more. Cook with less struggle and more confidence every time.
Unlike other cooking methods that can overcook or dry out food, Sous Vide cooking maintains the same temperature throughout the entire cooking process. Your food can stay in the water bath for a couple of hours, giving you plenty of flexibility with dinner timing. 4. Zipper lock bag, or any airtight sealed bag will work (We like to use freezer bags the best)

Simply fill your Briner Jr with water, place your food, lock plate, and immersion cooking machine into the water, set it to the exact temperature of your need, and thats it. Sit back to watch your food cook perfectly every time without fail.
No need to buy extra containers, special bags, vacuum sealers, more clips, or bulky racks - with one Briner Jr you'll be cooking like the pros.. without all the extra expenses! We put together everything you need to Sous Vide inside one vessel.
No vacuum sealer required! We recommend the water immersion method: slowly lower the bag into the water, allowing pressure to naturally push out the surrounding air. Once the air has been removed, seal the bag and you're ready to cook.
The NEW lock plate allows for an immersion circulator to attach to the edge and sit inside The Briner Jr. All while keeping your food completely submerged under the water bath without any extra tools.
More usable space means you can cook more food with fewer accessories.

Start by placing your food into the water bath inside an air tight sealed bag

Next, lower the lock plate into The Briner Jr and twist into one of the tabs to secure
Ensure lock plate and food are underneath the water level

Finally, attach your immersion circulator to The Briner Jr and start cooking with precision
Ensure food and lock plate are below water level before cooking
Confirm water line is between the Minimum and Maximum levels shown on the immersion circulator before turning unit on
Finish the cook with a high temperature sear, grill, or broil to lock in the best texture and crisp the exterior
